Purpose of survey
Rapidly evolving Internet technologies are changing the landscape of how investors access, consume financial content and make their decisions. New tools, expert communities and influencers are beginning to emerge as serious alternatives to the traditional financial media, with an obvious impact on the practice of Investor Relations. With this survey we are trying to understand how the market is responding to the impact of the Internet in the South African context. It will serve to inform and educate players on the emerging trends and help to facilitate more effective use of the Internet.
